Submit the CrossFit Regional Qualifier WOD you'd like to do today, and majority rules!!! Otherwise, I'll pick one out. My pick will probably include burpees...
Kathy, where did you see the WOD's for this CrossFit Regional Qualifier? I only see 3 on this page http://roguefitness.com/regionalqualifier/. Are those all of them?
If so since my kness are in pain today I will opt for the quick 2000m row for time.
click on the map for each region, then on the website to the lower right of the map. The websites have the WoDs somewhere. GSX in Hell's Half Acre found it more important to highlight the sponsors than inform us of what the WoDs were. Those are nowhere to be found on the qualifier site.
Listen everyone, since toda is the main site's rest day, who knows what they have in store for us the next 3 days. I say we keep it quick and simple and either do some rowing or some running and not kill ourselves for tomorrow. Who's with me?

The only way we'll get a fair vote on this would be to use
preferential voting, where we all pick our top three favorites.
Northeast Qualifier WoD #1: AMRAP in 12 minutes: 5 Thrusters/10 Burpees. 135#/95#
Rocky Mountain Regional WoD #3: 7000 lbs floor to overhead
Dirty South Saturday WoD #1: 3 Minute suicide Run/2 Minute Rest/3 Minute max deadlift

Not with you Norberto, bring on the WOD's! :)
7000# floor to overhead. That's quick and simple. We also missed the CFT on Sunday.
I agree with Norberto, 400 or 500 meter row and call it a day.
Don't ruin the idea for us George. 2000m won't hurt us.
400m or 500m, thats hilarious.
OK, 2000M, I'm good with that.
Yipee, more thrusters tomorrow!!
