30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

The new gym is ready!!! I don't think I could have planned a better WOD to break in the place as well as the new pull-pull up bars. See you all tonight!

First WOD at the new gym, first time puking as well. This will be rough coming from a weekend of some beligerant eating.
If you're doing Barbara today I suggest you make sure you right throughout the day and make sure you drink water.
The new gym looks great! I went rogue today. I ran to this school about half a mile away that has a track. I went 10 times around, sprinting 100m, jogging 100m. In the middle of the jogs I would alternate 10 pu, sq, pu, and su. It turned out to be a really good workout.
Gym looks great! I'll probably stop by to see the 5 o'clock workout so I can see torture at the new gym
