Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up
For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.
Post time and number of sets to completion.

George and Danny look like a couple of zombies from Night of the Living Dead after finishing the daily WOD and a bonus round of Tabata squats.
Remember, we are still working out at the old gym location, 121 Bokelman Street. We will not be moving to the new location for a few more weeks.

I a thinking 5 rounds for time 3 burpees, 3 inverted burpees? Anyone in?
So far my legs feel pretty good, so maybe we SHOULD have done the pistols.
And I'm not one to turn down a bonus round, of course. I think another good bonus round for today will be:
*Drag dumbbell back to rack
*Sanitize/bandage bloody hand (L)
*Sanitize/bandage bloody hand (R)
*Drive home with knees
*Eat dinner with face
1 round, rest as needed.
(Cussing and crying during sanitation is acceptable.)
That is the bonus bonus round! Also known as the "why is it that just when my hands have healed up they break out a pull up workout on us" There must be a secret to not ripping your hands open... Mission for everyone if you choose to accept it... find some tips and tricks online on how not to rip your hands open form pull ups.
p.s. will all these pull ups be chest to bar, to keep up with our May chest to bar theme?
