John goes for a 225# push jerk. He came up a little short, but I think he'll get it next time this comes around. Great job on the effort!

The forward roll at the end of this workout cracks me up for some reason.
I missed the "5 rounds" part the first few times I looked at this. I was like, "Aww that's a cute little rest day workout."
The 2 x 25ft lunges are definitely gonna be weird. I guess I better start stretching?

Hey everyone - not sure if anyone was planning on going to our softball game tonight but it's been canceled due to the rain. Our next game is in two weeks (May 21st) if anyone is interested in seeing us play. It's going to be a tough game as we face last year's defending champs. I'm sure with our Crossfit training we'll do just fine.
