Whichever workout above you do today, you will do the opposite tomorrow. We don't have enough benches and racks for everyone to do the bench press WOD on the same day, so we need to break it up.
Also, let me know if anyone will be able to assist moving the gym equipment to the new location this Saturday. It's Memorial Day Weekend, so I'm not sure how many people will be around. If there are enough people, maybe we can move the equipment and then hit an inaugural WOD at the new gym.

Sorry but I will be in Pittsburgh next weekend. That'll be the last weekend I'm gone until the next Milwaukee trip in June.
Milwaukee was a blast aside from my car window being smashed just for my crappy old cell phone. The Austin Powers boots in the back seat would have gotten the bastard A LOT more money.
Today's WOD is technically still going on, and would probably last until tomorrow! I did body weight, 175, 10 times then went to 155 10 times, then went to 135 for the rest. No possible way for me to do my body weight that many times...I'm too weak! Finished in 23:18

My knees are still in a bit of pain from Saturday. If possible I would like to call dibs on today's WOD.
I'm down for the move. We have a wedding in the afternoon so I can help until maybe 1pm. We should do this early.
