Last WOD at the original CrossFit Roselle!!! We are meeting tomorrow morning at 8 AM to move the equipment to the new location. Hope to see you there!

Yes no real leg workout. Good way to finish the week, especially after yesterday's. I like this one.

I have to admit I'm going to miss this location but I'm sure I'll get use to the fact that the new gym is literally 5 minutes walking distance from my house.

Thanks Jason and Eric for coming out to watch us play yesterday night. I wish we could have pulled out a "W". Maybe next time. Hope you enjoyed the burritos.

Have fun on your last day at the original location. I've only worked out there twice, but one of the two times I puked!!! I did "Michael" in 22:49

Everyone, if you don't use a logging site like Logsitall.com or anything else to log your Crossfit results you should really take a look at this site http://beyondthewhiteboard.com. I've been using Logsitall.com to log all my Crossfit WOD results. This new one, Beyond the White Board , is really cool and very informative of your personal results. It is geared towards Crossfit. It has plenty of space for comments on each workout. One example of a really cool feature is that it has the Main Site's WOD posted on your main home page once you log in and right underneath it has your results from the last time you posted that same workout so you don't have to go searching for it. There's a section for your meals and weight as well.
Really cool site.
If Jason decides to join the gym itself he can actually start posting his custom WOD's there for us to see as well and we can post our results for our own gym's WOD's.
Take a look and see what you think. This is a very good way to track your progress and see yourself improve over time.
It’s in beta phase now and free until July then it will be $3/month.

After five years on cholesterol lowering medication, I am for the first time off the meds with my doctors blessing. Thanks Jason and Crossfit!

I'll try to be there tomorrow to be in everone's way during the move. If I go, I got dibs on the
2 1/2 plates (both of them). I'll carry those to the new gym.

Like my brother said, it is almost like a sad picture that is posted.

That kicks ass, Eric.

No I won't be in today either. Gotta get to O'hare. These were a much needed 2 days rest. I did at least three consecutive 5-on-1-off cycles, which was too much even for a young Latvian Stallion like me. I'm upset that I'm going to miss breaking in the new place on Monday. And I'm SOOOO upset that I have to miss the thrill of moving all those weights and bars and racks and rowers and ghd's. heh heh heh suckerrrrrrrs.
