Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
275 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
13 Push-ups
9 Box jumps, 24 inch box

An alternate WOD will be available today for those who completed Tuesday's WOD.

Good point, Andy. If you're body is telling you to take a rest day - listen to it! Otherwise, you'll find out the alternate wod when you get here ;)

I mowed my lawn for time too. That was my workout. Front, sides, neighbor's front, and back yard and bagged the clippings.

Time: 90 minutes.

My grass is not covering the "CrossFit Roselle.com" sign
