Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
Scale reps as needed.

I hate/love this workout. Felt good in the morning. This morning's times:
Angel - 35:43 (Rx) first time
Amanda - 24:06 (Dirty 30)
Norberto - 29:34 (modified, no walking lunges)
Its going to be hot today.
My Beyond the Whiteboard gave me a sad face!!! :( Apparently I did it in 30:15 in February.... sad.
AND I did more weight last time?!??! I really strive for accuracy so I think that that's probably true. Bummer.
