Most of my body is telling me to take a rest day.... but my gut is telling me to go in. I guess I'll see you guys at 4.
I'm mowing my parent's lawn as my alternate WOD.

I mowed my lawn for time too. That was my workout. Front, sides, neighbor's front, and back yard and bagged the clippings. Time: 90 minutes. My grass is not covering the "CrossFit Roselle.com" sign
