"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.


This Saturday we will be participating in the Movement for Macey charity event being held by CrossFit of Naperville. Macey is a local 10 year old girl recently diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. We will be completing the Movement for Macey workout at CrossFit Roselle at the regular scheduled class times - 9:30 and 10:30am. I have too much to do before the weekend so I will skip this WOD and spread a truck load of mulch for time. I'm even rolling out the joints and warming up for this.
