Wednesday 090812

5 rounds for time of:
6 strict pull ups
12 deadlifts, 225#/150#
18 knees to elbows
24 kettlebell swings, 55#/35#
30 sit ups

I think the human wheelbarrow WOD turned out to be a success! Not only did it look challenging, it was pretty darn funny as well!

The wheelbarrow workout looked awesome and funny. When our kids did it yesterday it was hilarious. Jason I will be taking pictures of the kids doing the work outs and ill send them to you. To bad I could not do it. Oh well. I will be there at 5 today.

I got another taste of what happens when you don't get enough sleep, eat right, miss a week and then go workout out. This morning was horrible.
