Thursday 090813

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

Death by pull-ups - it's been a while since we've done this one. If you're hands are too sore, don't worry, we'll have an alternate WOD available. I feel a bonus round might also be in the works, so show up!

Bonus round, death by squats and lunges! One lap around the building doing lunges, 15 squats at each corner of the building?

Hey Jason we did not make the kids do crossfit yesterday but once we do I will send you pictures. I will be there today at 5.
