For those of you new to the movement, we'll decrease the weight and increase the reps to work on form and technique.


The 6 AM crew steps out early for some lunges. Lunges are just like any other exercise, so when you get tired and you can't keep going without pushing off your leg, then stop and recover before continuing. How's everyone's legs doing by the way!?
