Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 reps

Not comfortable with heavy deadlifts? Don't worry, we'll lighten the loads and work on form and technique while mixing in a few different elements for a great workout.


Is there a certain person you secretly (or openly) try to beat during each CrossFit workout?

Great question Jason! No, absolutely not. I'm only interested in improving my own performance.

On the other hand there are a couple people I secretly hope don't beat me. That's a totally different thing though, obviously.

I'm always trying to beat Jason and John but, for some reason they keep catching me on a bad day. Honestly I'm just trying to work my way to as many RX workouts as possible.

I like to go head to head with my brother, Norberto. This way he doesn't have excuses.

but, most important is to beat my own previous time.

I'm mostly trying to beat my personal times them comes Andy and then the young buck, JJ. I like to show JJ this old man can still put him in his place.
Every once in a while I like to put a little fear in John's ear if I get to workout with him. Pretty much only during the first round after that I don't care if he beats me anymoe. Keeps him on his toes.
