The fact that Guille weighs a good 230+ makes this photo pretty impressive - he's basically horizontal! Great kipping technique to get his chin up over the bar to complete yesterday's pull-up WOD unassisted. Now what's scary is if he were to pull John's snafu from yesterday, he would be in some pretty big trouble. Make sure your grip is solid before going for another pull-up!
