So, what happened to everyone coming to the 10 o'clock? :)
My recommendation: Don't read the workout. Just show up.
(otherwise, I wouldn't have gone today either!)

Ran 5K today. Time was 29:30. That completes my last goal for 2009. (5K under 30m, 21 kipping pull ups, 500+ CFT, two named WoDs as RX'd, double unders.) I'm taking the rest of the year off! Thank you Jason!

The girls were there this morning! The WOD was fantastic.. My favorite part was the coffee burbs I had at the start of every 400, burpies are called burpies for a reason! See you all Monday night...

Thanks guys. Yeah I've been told I look like Shrek, but never a Mexican Shrek. LOL

New Goal: 225 Shoulder Press, 300 back squad, 450 deadlift and two unassisted pull ups by end of July (and of course, increase overall stamina and endurance).
