Props to Jessica and Kathy for being the only ones to show up for the row-burpee-run WOD on Saturday. Don't worry, I think this one may come around again real soon, say Monday...

Yesterday's wasn't as bad as it looked...i hated today's much more! 13:35, pull ups and dips.
