I think I called out this WOD yesterday. For those of you with little to no experience with heavy deadlifts, don't worry, we'll incorporate the movement into a WOD so you can break a sweat. For the others, I see some overtime with Tabata rowing...

Tough day today after the heavy squats yesterday. Congrats to John on a new PR deadlift. I finished with 365, 385, 405, 415, 425f, 415f, 405

Did today's deadlift WoD at Crossfit Oakland. Nice box. Nice atmosphere. No PR on the DLs, but did a couple bodyweight bench presses post WoD, which are PRs.

Gratz John, and nice numbers Jason. You would have gotten the daily high here, as the heaviest lift today was 365.
