Bet you didn't know CrossFit Roselle had working neon lights...neither did I! I found out they actually worked while Norberto was suffering through the 5K row the other day. Who can tell me what kind of business was here before I moved in?

OHS yesterday 85-95-105-115-125 fff.

Very frustrating to only get 125 up twice each attempt. I at least have my landing pretty down.

Thanks Jason for helping me out with my form. Thought about it later and realized I actually made huge improvements on form. Can't wait till this comes up again.

Jay, I'm picturing a maniquin in lingerie with some adult toys around her!!

Today's WOD sucked. I ended up substituting the 95lb thrusters for 75lb 1/3 of the way through b/c my shoulder was hurting (85lb hurt it as well). 23:25 and I was very close to throwing up! Good luck!

19:26. My head was pounding after this WOD. I couldn't see straight for literally 30 minutes. It pretty much sucked all around.
