Friday 101210

Three rounds for time of:
30 push-ups
5 burpee pull-ups
1 bar muscle up
21 overhead squats, 95#/65#
5 burpee pull-ups
1 bar muscle up

You must release your hands at the bottom of each push-up. 

 Who needs a knee brace/wrap when you have duct tape!!!

Holy cow. Who's knee is that? Jimmy D's? That must have hurt coming off.

This WOD is tougher than it looks. Great on the shoulders and chest. Good luck everyone.

I remember this one. We did this at the old gym by Cousins Pizza.

I did this wod using the 45lb bar. I am shooting for 65lbs or 75 lbs on OH squat today! Yup...Heavy Weight!!!!!

Andy, I'm shooting for 65-75 lbs too. But my knee and shoulders may only allow 45. Dang!

Maybe we substitue for ring muscle up?
