"Filthy Fifty"

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders


The 6:30pm class completes 50 burpees for time.

It's going to be hot and humid today, and this is a long, challenging workout - bring a towel! The chalk buckets are running low for a reason. We are using way to much chalk to soak up sweat, which actually makes your grip worse. Chalk and sweat combine to make a slippery paste. Please bring a towel to wipe off your sweat before using a LITTLE chalk for grip.

Expect a crowded 6:30pm class this evening, so be prepared to share equipment.
