Moving day!!! There will be no scheduled classes today. We will be meeting at the gym at 8:00am to pack everything up and move it to the new gym located at 200 N. Garden Avenue in Roselle. Once everything is moved, we will have a partner workout. Everyone is welcome to come out and join us - thanks in advance for your help!!!

Not sure if the box will be open on Monday. If not open, who is up for a Labor Day workout on Monday morning.
We did this last Memorial day and had a good turnout. In fact, we can do the same wod we did on Memorial day. You can see the wod on May 29 post. Then we can compare and see our improvement from last time. If you didn't do it, you can still come out and have fun.
First we'll see if Jason will be open.
