Shoulder press, 3 reps x 5

5 rounds for time of:
15 sumo-deadlift high pulls, 75#/55#
15 sit-ups holding medicine ball (feet anchored, touch ball to floor overhead and then sit-up and touch to anchors), 20#/14#
30 double unders

Am I the only one who is looking to see if the wo is out yet! I saw that Jason put it up early an now I keep checking to see if this is a trend.
