Run 800m
Max rep push jerk, 155#/105# (no racks allowed)

ANNOUNCEMENT!!! I recently learned how to do a 3 fold body comp measurement and need practice :). If anyone is interested I will be doing this on Saturday at the 9:30am class. If that does not work for you and would like to get measured at a different time.

Just a heads up...this I have to measure your skinfolds which would look something like this. If that is a problem for you then I will not do it. After I measure you I will can do the % calculations there or later.

Emmitt - I want it done for sure! If I can't go to crossfit on Saturday I will email you with a different time. So glad you can do this!
