As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
100m sprint
10 dumbbell push presses (5 right arm, 5 left arm), 55#/35#
200m hill run
10 deadlifts, 225#/155#
10 pull-ups

Yesterday I ate:
Breakfast - 10oz protein drink
2 scrambled eggs
1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1 cup of milk with a little bit of honey and some 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter.

Lunch - 2 1/2 oz of ground beef, 2 scrambled eggs, 1 small tomato, 1/2 cucumber, 1 medium pear, 12 almonds.

Snack - 1 protein bar

Dinner - 4 oz of chicken, about 2 cups of mixed sautéed mushrooms, onions and red bell pepper, 1 medium apple with 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter.

This workout was a lot of work per round. A good one.

breakfast... coffee and a quaker breakfast bar

granola bar

lunch... chicken/veggie quesadilla

apple

dinner... salad with checken apples and cranberries. with pomagranite vinigarette

wasnt that bad right..
well u asked... so there you go.

paleo mcmuffin for breakfast, the bread was made out of walnuts, turkey sausage in about 1 egg with yolk and 2 egg whites.

deli meat, banana pre workout out snack.

post wod snack of protein shake/raisins.

dinner: chicken/tomato sauce.

had some brownies and ice cream for snacky time. note to self I really need to cut down on the snacks other wise i'm never going to make the gains I want to make.

Not totally bad Angel, BUT, I would cut out those breakfast bars and granola bars. Your dinner sounds good. If this is all you ate all day you must have been hungry throughout the day.

Breakfast on the run: apple and coffee

Lunch: Salad - iceberg lettuce, spinach, black olive, green pepper, cucumber, tomato, salami, ham, and vinegar and olive oil

Dinner: grilled flank steak w/ guacamole

snacks: grapes and a few almonds

Back at crossfit tonight - excited.

Ok coach J, I posted my workout results to 4 rounds. I thought I did 5 , but to to sure. So we will leave it as that. You need more chicken fajitas to cheer you up. :)

yea i guess that doesnt sound like alot. it mustve been a busy day for me. or else yea id usually be hungry. sometimes when i drink coffee at work to stay awake i forget about being hungry.

You ask on the day I cheated from Paleo. ha

Breakfast (Only thing Paleo that day): Paleo Blueberry Pancakes and 2 over-medium eggs.

Lunch: Jersey's Mike sub = Turkey with whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, oil/vinegar, spices

snack: boiled egg and cherries

Dinner: Foot-long Turkey (extra meat) on wheat bread, extra lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, oil/vineger, spices

Late snack: Cinnamon roll with a glass of Nestle chocolate milk.

But, that was the past...yesterday only. Today was all paleo.

Do you really want to know? OK a little caveat...I was in NY on business and had to drive 2 hours to Jersey Shore (really), than spent night in Brooklyn.

Breakfast: Ham, Egg, Cheese on Wheat sandwhich before plane ride.

On plane: grapes, pineapple, strawberry yogurt, 2 cups of coffee, glass of water.

Lunch on the road: Burger King double cheeseburger, 8 chicken tenders, large diet coke.

Happy hour: 2 beers (non-lite)

Dinner at Brazillian restaurant in Bronx (delicious): Shared a pitcher of Sangria (maybe had 6 glasses):

Appetizer (tapas): deep fried yucca (taste like french fries), fried chicken squares, fried dough with cheese, fried dough with meat, rice and beans, brazilian sausage

Entre: Slow cooked ribs (awesome!) over mashed potatoes.

before bed: Popsicle
