Great video on dips here. Watch it if you can before doing today's WOD. I know I'm guilty of bending my torso and not bringing my hips down and also not bringing my shoulders below my elbows:

Yes - great video! I'm totally guilty of the bent-torso-not-moving-my-hips-through-a-full-range-of-motion technique... and yes, that's a technical term.
