Thursday should be my rest day, however, the snatch, is an exercise that I really need to work on.

I will be there tomorrow.

No bonus for me since this was suppose to be my rest day.....well I'll see how I feel

Ugh. I have a sore throat and need a rest day after doing 3 in a row... but like you said Andy, I really need to work on the snatch movement, too! Hmm. We'll see. :/

Football season is starting soon for AJ and Matthew. AJ is already doing crossfit.

Today, Matthew did a small quick crossfit workout for his physical education class.

3 Rounds for time:
- 5 Push ups
- 10 Situps
- 15 Air Squats

Matthew did good. His time:
4:11 RX
