JJ gives it his all during a recent WOD. Intensity is what separates our workouts from the other programs out there. Do you feel that you put forth your best effort during each workout?

yes, and I have been very close to meeting pukie this year... Was able to free up my afternoon so I shall see you at 4...
Yes I give it my all at every work out... Theres times where I am just not in the groove. But after a few reps I will start picking it up..
