Five rounds for time of:
40 Double-unders
30 Box jumps, 24 inch box
20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood


What are your thoughts about adding a weightlifting class on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00PM?

I would be interested in a weight lifting class. Specifically anything that would help me strengthen my legs.

By weightlifting, I meant Olympic weightlifting. Sorry for the confusion.

Great! I am in and happy to help since I have my cert now... I am leaving for London tomorrow, will try to make it tonight and tomorrow morning for WODS and won't be back til late on Friday...
