By weightlifting, I meant Olympic weightlifting. Sorry for the confusion.

Great! I am in and happy to help since I have my cert now... I am leaving for London tomorrow, will try to make it tonight and tomorrow morning for WODS and won't be back til late on Friday...
@Eddie: Back squats and deadlifts. I'd be happy to put a program together for you if you like.
