Wednesday 100203

"Kelly"

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Box jump, 24 inch box
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

If its dry outside, we can do this WOD as prescribed. Otherwise, we'll sub in something fun for the run...suggestions???


Let me know if you would be interested in attending any of the following specialized classes:
- shoulder therapy
- Olympic lifting
- strength training

im good with rowing. even tho i hate that too.

Squat jumps would brutal in place of the the run! I don't think anyone would want to show up if we did that. Good suggestion for a bonus round at some point in the future...

Seeing that rowing is a sub for running and sumo deadlift high pulls are a sub for rowing

I would attend any of those classes. And I think we should take away Jeremy's posting abilities due to his overzealous suggestions (burpees?? mountain climbers? that's crazy talk)

Also, I still hate rowing. On the positive side, I did not slip on any ice after switching over to running tonight... :)
