5 sets of the following sequence for max weight:
1 shoulder press, 2 push presses, 3 push jerks
The bar must be held for the entire sequence for the set to count.

Bonus:
Tabata body weight deadlifts, 8 sets, followed immediately by 50 knees to elbows.
