I liked it. Haven't max benched in a long time. Found room for a lot of improvements.

Today's workout was very surprising. All I can say is remember to to keep your form on the deadlifts at round 2 and beyond. It will be tough to do.

Good luck..

Angel, don't get down. Everyone has bad days for workouts. Happens a lot. Even Jason. Just remember that even our bad days are better than most people's good days at the globo gyms.

Loved every minute of including my two new PR's in bench and OHS.

My first ever wod in late Jan 2007 was

95 pound Overhead squat, 75 reps,

I remember thinking "OHS, easy easy... I scaled that work out to 65 lbs and was only able to get 20 and quit. Yesterday I got 165, what a difference 3 years makes.

Need most improvement on overhead squats. Need to get more flexible.

I liked it, too. Though it was officially the most depressing work out in recent memory. Stupid power cleans. That's the THIRD time I've had a 90lbs. max. >:( I am, however, happy for Kathy and Julie. :)

Since I've already done two of my goals (10 pull ups in a row, 10+ DUs in a row), I'm adding power cleans... as in, power clean MORE than 90 pounds! 95 or 100 would be grand.
