Good luck, everyone! Me and Lydia wanted to be there for the finale.
How was the turnout and how did everyone do this morning on the 90 day challenge?
We had a great turnout for the final WOD, but we still missed having you and Lydia! Great job to everyone who came out. I'll have the results ready after this weekend. Congrats again to all!
it HURT! I was scared and tempted to sneak right out as soon as I walked into the gym but I didn't! I survived and made it all the way through, so I'm at least proud of that! Everyone there worked hard. Good job to all :)
Thanks Jason for putting together a great event, and an excellent benchmark WoD. The energy today was amazing!
Here's my self-assessment for the 90 day challenge. I improved noticeably on this workout. My greatest improvement was qualitative, as I am now doing full GHD sit ups, versus partials 90 days ago. I also improved noticeably in the "DT" portion, and minimally in the rowing. Burpees were 4 seconds slower.
I also improved on my weight, but that has only been in the last 30 days.
