My goal is to try out for the crossfit games next year... Yes thats a hard goal... But I think I can do it... But my main goal is to lose 15 more pounds and get 50 pull ups in a row..
Other than unassisted pullups, I have a generic goal: I want to get stronger, fitter, and be able to do all the exercises with proper technique and without hurting myself. Oh and "supermodel" status!! Haha
I really want to get into this Zone diet thing... so far I am just tring to eat health... but i really want to look closer at portion control... oh yes and like "lover" says I would love to reach supermodel status!

Michelle #1-yes, good run. I'm hurting today though, although I dunno if it's more from the Xfit workout or the run. We'll see if I can get that "extra lap" in tomorrow!

Work on my form especially with keeping my back straight and the shrugging. 5. 5 dips in a row with purple band. 6. Last, just feeling healthier, and more energetic for my kiddos... since I am getting old.
- 5 muscle ups - 10 handstand pushups - Butterfly pullups (20 nonstop) - 5K - 25 minutes or less - "Fran" less than 5 minutes...would like to get to 3 minutes - "Fight Gone Bad" 300+ reps - Double unders 50+ in a row

I finally made it to El Paso. Let's see what's in store for me at CrossFit El Paso East. They do not follow the main site.
