Assuming the weather holds up, let's plan on doing this WOD as prescribed. Be sure to dress appropriately for outdoor running. Otherwise, Kathy made a great suggestion to substitute burpees for the run...

I'd rather run thru negative temps, a blizzard, or whatever else mother nature wants to throw at me than do burpees. But I'm just saying...
I think 20 to 25 burpees would be a sufficient substitute for a 200m run. If you do not want to run outside, we'll do this indoors. See you all soon.
