Five rounds for time of:
50 Double unders
40 Abmat sit-ups
30 Straight-legged deadlifts, 75#/55#

Scale as needed. If you can't do double unders, then do 4x singles.


JJ gets his first unassisted bar muscle-up!!!

19:20, 65# deadlifts. I got a string of 41 DUs to start it off! This one was tough.
