At each station, you will perform 1 minute of work followed by 30 seconds of rest. You will perform 2 sets at each station before moving on to the next, and you will complete 2 full rounds. Reps from each set will be added together for a total score.

Got a chill after XC skiing yesterday which brought back my post New Years cold, may or may not make it tonight depends how I am feeling.
Tips to 90 days! Dont' get sick you will miss too many workouts and then ones you come for won't go nearly as well as you hope.
kathy... feel better!!!! ill cu guys tonight. my life has finally recovered after those GHD sit ups. hopefully i will last today after this disastrous weekend!
Well I figured this is my last chance... So what I am doing is running on top of xfit.. Started the Zone diet and all is well... FEEL BETTER KATHY..
I am trying to.. this is peeving me since I will have another week of not so great workouts! UGH
Yeah, agree, Zone Diet is awesome and really helps. Not too difficult after you figure it out either!
