30 superman holds, 1 sec each

30 Abmat sit-ups
15 clean and jerks, 115#/75#

Scale weight as needed.


Any ideas for a Super Bowl party?

How about we have a SuperBowl Party at the gym. That's if you get cable on time. We all pitch in for food and we can bring a flat screen for the day. I can bring chairs.

Feel free to knock the idea down but that's mine.

Well if the cowboys make it to the superbowl... I will bring the Jerseys for everyone to wear. LOL I dont care but yes we all can bring food

It's Feb 7th. And no JJ... da cowboyzz won't be there! Seems like the gym would be the best place to hold This many people. Well how many are u expecting?

Here are my Crossfit goals for 2010:

# Do 10 handstand pushups
# CFT 600+
# Fran Rx'd under 10 minutes

Not many in number, but if achieved, should mean progress in several other areas as well.

If you are looking for ideas for goals, take a look at the pages taped below the white board. The first is from Crossfit Seattle and gives some standards for "Well Rounded Beginner", "Intermediate", "Advanced", and "Elite." The other is from Mark Ripptoe and gives similar grades for the basic lifts.
