135 pound Hang squat clean, 15 reps
30 Push-ups

I know we just did squat cleans two days ago, so if you're looking for something a bit different, I'll have an alternate WOD available.

Who still thinks jumping pull-ups are easy?

I still think jumping pull ups are easy. I could do 100 in 1 minute if I wanted to. I could also throw a football over a mountain.
