Sorry for not showing up this morning. Yesterday wore me out even as a spectator. I will try to make it to 7pm. I have to get that damn pool finally closed tonight before I lose light.

I followed you on my blackberry yesterday, along with some friends if mine. I think you did an awesome job, you were very consistent through out the race.

I'm jealous:))

Thanks Hanneka and everyone. Seriously all I did was crossfit and a 6 miler, a 12 miler and an 8 miler. Next year I am going to try to follow the crossfit endurance along with the regular crossfit workouts.
