It seemed like we had quite a few people tear up their hands last week breaking in the new pull-up bars. If your hands are still in bad shape, we'll sub in something else for the pull-ups. Don't let that be the reason you don't make it in today!

This one should be interesting. I've never done these before. I missed This WOD last time it came around. It will be cool to try.

Holy burning forearms! This one was very tough...14:35. Towards the end I was doing 3 pull ups at a time.

Still in London... just spying on you all to make sure you arn't doing anything too fun with out me.. I am back THURSDAY, can't wait, I like London but the place is a Dump compared to Chicago, we are LUCKY to live where we do..
