"DT"

155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

Post time to comments.

Current weather excluded, its starting to warm up. I was thinking about doing a future Saturday WOD at a park, high school track, etc. Any interest? What about a workout/picnic combo?

Great ideas. Outdoor WODs are very fun. Throw in a picnic right afterwards even better. We have a really cool group to pull this off sometime.

We have a good size pool and would like to have the whole gym over sometime for a BBQ, some swimming and some volleyball. We can do a WOD ending in a half mile or mile run (can't remember the exact distance) to my house one Saturday.

You also have Tuner Park by the gym as well with some grills and sheltered picnic areas.

Whatever we decide, I'm in.

I agree, I live near a park with an awesome hill. We could come back to my house for a BBQ after as well or just use one of the BBQ's at the park.

BTW - Hands area mess today!Got blisters on both of them

Also, found a new site for recording workouts... beyoundthewhiteboard.com its crossfit specific and free until July, so far I like it!

Today's WOD is no fun. My time is 1 second faster than Jason's.

No, I did the deadlifts, did the hang cleans @ 115 lbs, and did 10lb rotator cuff exersise to sub for the push press. My shoulders have been acting up since the last shoulder WOD. Overall it was about 13:24 minutes of pain. Also, I did this at 2:30am...couldn't sleep!

Shoulder strength is definetly my weakness.

Yeah this one sucks. I remember this one from last year and it was painful even at a scaled down weight which I will be doing.

As for the outdoor WOD's maybe we can even take turns from place to place so different people can host a BBQ after the WOD.

Jeremey your ass needs to move up here to Chicago.

I would love to live in Chicago...unfortunatley my work keeps me in Tulsa. I'll be up sometime in June for a visit!

I love that idea! Maybe a later workout then, like 10 or 11? :)

I think that would be an awesome idea. I was hoping we could workout outside.
