According to a news program last night, many people are cancelling their gym memberships in order to save money. Where does CrossFit fit into your budget? Do the benefits of the program outweigh the costs?

I think there are many ways to save money. When it involves your health and well being I think that should be a top priority. Of course, family comes first but you can't provide for them if your health is not top notch.

That's my two cents.

I will always make working out a priority, so it comes above most things. I think the people that will cut it out are those who show up every now and then. Crossfit will have much less of a drop off b/c most people are pretty die hard.

I never had a mentality that working out was a top priority until Crossfit. I make it a priority now. I find myself thinking how can I make a work out day when I have a lot of things going on. Before I would use plenty of excuses as to why I can't go work out.

I agree with Jeremy in that Crossfit will have a much less drop off rate because it is a legal addiction that people know is good for them.

Working out is mt #1 PRIORITY! I could easily go out for dinner and drinks on a Saturday night and spend more money then I do on my CF Monthly membership... I much rather sacrifice a few nights out a month then hanging out at the CF box after work! Plus you guys are a lot of fun!

Crossfit is the best! It really works guys! Definitely worth the money each month, Kathy is right - you can spend more on one night of going out on a friday or saturday night than a monthly crossfit membership.
