Congrats to Andrew for making his April 1st goal of 10 pull-ups and 10 dips! Great job Andrew! Prior to starting CrossFit 2 months ago, he couldn't do a single pull-up or a full range of motion dip. He's already setting his next goals. What goals do you have?

I don't happen to have a Nicole workout ever logged. I've never done one. If possible I would like to do Nicole tonight. Especially if its not raining. Plus my abs are killing me still.

My goals:
1) Beat Jason by one rep or one second on every WOD.

That is my only goal.
