CrossFit Roselle closed. John and his brother Eric, in town from Pittsburgh, ditch the WOD and go right for the Filthy 50. Eric got John started in CrossFit. My older brother Jeff got me into it. Who got you into it?
I read about someone doing a muscle up as one of these most recent accomplishments and I that they loved their crossfit training, then I got online and got hooked to CF
