The most difficult exercise for me is the Overhead Squat. I think it due to my right arthritis shoulder. When weight is added, it becomes difficult to keep my right arm up.
The exercise that I would like to keep practicing is the Squat Clean, but I need to wait until my ankle is heeled.
My body is just all screwed up and I'm only 35 years old. Dang!
Oh, and I am sore big time: Stomach, back, legs. I walk like I'm 80 years old. I am hurting!
Pretty much anything that involves me swinging weight up in a clean is rough for me, and that's because I need to build up arm strength... and, I guess, stop psyching myself out! :)
Oh yeah, I'm pumped for this WOD today! I'll probably do a couple of other WODs as well, Fran, Nicole, and fight gone bad, because I missed one day last week. 3,2,1 go!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd like to do an as Rx'd Fran this year. It's not of the movement, it's the weight. I need to work up to stringing together a decent number of 95# thrusters. So, count me in for thrusters, front squats, push press, and anything else that will help me increase my strength.

Now all I have to do is pop some weight on there and I'll be all good. I'm just glad to finally be able to get the movement down right.

I went through the list of standard CF exercises. The two that I cannot perform at all are the Hand Stand Push Up, and the Muscle Up.
handstand pushups, I'll work on these as bonus rounds. I'd like to work on snatch and ring dips some more!
