Although the rain on Saturday kept us from the park, it didn't stop us from working out outside! The rain cleared just long enough for us to move some equipment outdoors and complete the WOD. Congratulations to Maria for making the commitment and joining CrossFit Roselle!

My traps and hamstrings are already beaten up. This one's gonna obliterate 'em.
We did a similar wod a couple months ago, except it was 7 rounds of 10 and 10.
So are we skipping Sunday's WOD and go straight to this one?
