What's been your greatest accomplishment so far since joining CrossFit? It can be anything, from achieving a new max lift, a PR on a timed WOD, completing a WOD as prescribed for the first time, losing weight, etc.

I have many accomplishments since I started crossfitting in Oct '08.
Able to do RX on exercises such as pullups, ring dips (depending on my shoulder) and PR weight on most exercises.
However, I feel my biggest accomplishment is "Fran". On 12/3/08 time was - 15:46. Two months later, 2/13/09, I improved my time by 1/2. New time was 7:55. At this new time, I was able to do all 21 thrusters non stop.
Thanks Jason!
Like my brother, I too have had many small accomplishments doing Crossfit. I'm doing things I never thought I'd be able to do again. At one point right before starting Crossfit I was telling a buddy that I felt like I didn't even know how to run anymore. It wasn't that I didn't know how to run rather that I couldn't run. Now I can and don't mind it.
I would say my biggest first accomplishment that I can remember and still remember the feeling was being able to do my first kipping pull up unassisted. That was huge for me.
One more thing, what does everyone think about Jason renaming the gym to "Crossfit JACARI". I think it has a nice ring to it.
If I have to name one, perhaps doing "Linda" with the prescribed weight and beating my time from September when I used nowhere near that weight.
I also feel like getting through this week and earning a rest day today was a huge accomplishment. This week was vicious.
Jacari has a nice ring to it.
Starting and sticking with Crossfit has been my biggest accomplishment. With my work and school schedule I never thought I would find the time to maintain a constant routine.
It's been a long time since I felt this good overall. Thanks Jason for all the encouragement.
I also have several accomplishments, like not having my tri's cramp up after 3 dips on the PVC pipes. Also, sticking to a routine and working out as much as I have is one of my bigger accomplishments as well. I would never push myself in any other gym as much as I do now at CrossFit.
Thanks Jason!
I have many accomplishments since starting crossfit on feb 1st but i think my top 3 would be:
-10 dips
-10 pullups
-completing a 5k run in under 30 minutes
thanks Jason! :)
and crossfit jacari is definately a cool name! its unique and will prolly attract attention! :)
Just doing a pull up (with band assistance), I never thought I'd even try one of those, especially working out, I hadn't worked out since July '08, and It's really helping me out w/my strenght. You're very encouraging! Thanks!
