Interesting workout today as I am not good at either of these. I used a wall for the handstands and my L's were more like a curved i! Anyway, finished in 11:13 followed with 30 min on stairmaster.

That's good Jeremy. I know my L pullup is going to be actuallymore like an S pullup trying to get even one.

I think it's pretty obvious why Albert is having problems with his power cleans. Just look at the picture. Someone forgot to put a plate on one end of the bar!!

Albert's right arm is actually really weak, so the plate on that side had to be removed so he can attempt to lift both sides simultaneously. Like his shirt says...He has issues....That might have been his other personality - Sabastian. ha

Jerome, your time was smokin' fast, even if your pull-ups were sloppy. I finished in 19:03 but made sure every rep was with good form.
